Been watching this new leaf for over a week now and it just won’t unfurl. Been stuck at the same stage for like 10 days — not yellow, not crispy, just… trapped.
I’ve got a RainPoint sensor in the soil and moisture levels seem fine, so probably not a watering thing. Maybe just slow growth?
Getting impatient though 
Part of me wants to gently pry it open, but I don’t wanna hurt it. Anyone ever tried manually helping a leaf out? Good idea or asking for trouble?
Watching a leaf just sit there for days is torture. I’ve been there with my calathea — thought it was stuck forever but eventually it came out on its own. Took like two weeks though. If it’s not crispy or yellow, might just be taking its sweet time. What plant is it? Some are just dramatic like that
