I’ve been trying to stop guessing when to water my garden beds. Some pots dry out fast, but the raised bed still feels moist underneath.
Has anyone here used a soil moisture sensor to decide when to water instead of just following a fixed schedule?
I’m especially curious if it actually helps during hot weeks when the top soil looks dry but the roots may still have enough moisture.
