App connected but nothing shows up in Automations?

Device is connected. App is working.
But Automations page = totally empty :woman_shrugging:

Is there a step I skipped or something I need to turn on first?

Please check whether your gateway firmware is up to date and try again. This usually resolves the issue.

You really need to give this application a thorough study. It’s incredibly difficult to use and the functions are hard to locate.
