My duel zone is leaking out of every area of the box when unit is turned on. junk
Dear Rotor,
Thank you for your message and for sharing the photos. We sincerely apologize for the severe water leakage you experienced from your dual-zone timer while it was in operation.
Was the timer stored indoors in a warm, dry environment during the winter season? If the timer was left outdoors during the winter with residual water trapped inside, the water would have expanded upon freezing; this expansion can cause internal valves or the housing to rupture, thereby leading to leaks.
To assist you more effectively, please provide the following information by sending it to our email address: support@rainpointonline.com
1.A screenshot of your order details (this must include the Order Number, Order Date, and Seller Name)
2.The photo showing the current leakage (attached to your email)
Once we receive the above information, we will verify your warranty status and arrange for the next steps to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
Sincerely,
RainPoint Customer Support Team
